it's not easy to love someone. but you know what's more painful than that? letting go, because you'll have to face the fact that maybe you were wrong. maybe you are stupid enough to think that love can beat everything. and maybe also because that when you let someone go, a part of you goes with him too. and you're never quite sure if you can ever be the same again. you're almost afraid to try.

but now i want to. it's time to heal all these wounds. the hurt, the pain, the tears that never seemed to end. it's time to love myself again. time to cherish what i've got instead of lingering and hoping endlessly for something that is so ridiculously hopeless.
true enough that no one can save us, and i've done my part and i'm pretty sure you don't really care anymore. all the waiting for your messages and the expected disappointments, it all has got to be stopped right now.
I know I caused all this mess in the first place, and so I'm sorry for everything even though I know it's all too late. I'm still sorry and I'll always be sorry because I know that time can't turn itself back to where it all started. and the memories and the times we used to spend at our favorite places, I'll keep them safely here in my heart, because no matter what you'll always, always be someone i hold in my heart dearly.

the end is near, goodbye 2008!

it's nearing the end of 2008 & i seriously ABSOLUTELY detest how time really flies. imagine at a blink of an eye, we are all already alive for 18 fucking years filled with so much laughter and enjoyment & also tasting some heartaches and ruthlessness that life brings?

i honestly think that life and time are both freaking unfair. for one, we all have to experience so many mistakes that we have done, & it entirely changes our life 360degrees round. then time here, helps out by refusing to unwind the clock, not even for a second.

but oh life, what to do? we all have to taste our own medicine. very bitter indeed.
this year i decided not to be too bitter, regardless on how horrible it feels like living in a world i created. there are times when i feel so alone, and i in return chose to be alone so that i won't spread the bitterness around.

2008 is the year when i learned to grow up entirely. i feel that you can't stay as a child for life, & that stays true to the fact that no matter how hard you try reliving the past, it will always be the past, something that you can never take back. and same goes to growing up. we grow up, we take charge of our life slowly, & we start holding responsibilities as an adult.

so no matter how much i hate that the new year's here again, i have to face it. that life is life, and that life asks us to move forward to be a better person.

friends, thanks for the great year you all have given me.
